Media & Press

My life work is supporting women of color to explore and undo embodied social conditioning imprisoning us in feelings of not enough and holding us back from being our fullest, most confident selves. As a somatic coach and teacher, I support clients to reconnect with the wisdom of their bodies and follow its guidance for bringing more of who they really are into their work and lives.

I was delighted to be a guest on Bay Area Check Please representing one of my favorite restaurants in Oakland. Wahpepah’s Kitchen is throwing down incredible Native American cuisine under the guidance of talented Chef Crystal Wahpepah, an enrolled member of the Kickapoo nation of Oklahoma.
